On April 10, 2026, the “European Studies X” International Conference was held at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. The conference was organized through three parallel sessions: International Relations and Area Studies, Linguistics, and Foreign Language Education.

The conference was jointly organized by Mongolian University of Science and Technology, National University of Mongolia, Mongolian National University of Education,  University of Humanities, and OTGONTENGER University, with the aim of presenting research findings in the fields of European languages, culture, education, society, economy, and international relations, as well as promoting knowledge exchange among scholars and fostering future collaboration.

This year’s conference brought together researchers from eight countries, including Mongolia, Russia, China, Hungary, France, Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. More than 60 scholars and researchers from leading domestic universities—such as Mongolian University of Science and Technology, National University of Mongolia, Mongolian National University of Education,  University of Humanities, and OTGONTENGER University,  Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences, Mandakh University, the National University of Defense, and the International University of Ulaanbaatar—presented their research findings.

The participation of diplomatic representatives and officials from the Department of Europe and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added significant value, strengthening both academic exchange and international cooperation.

The conference successfully concluded as an important event that contributed to the development of European studies education and research in Mongolia, while also enhancing international academic collaboration.
